The HR & Payroll Apprentice role offers a brilliant opportunity to start your career in people and payroll. You’ll support a wide range of HR and payroll activities – from preparing payroll for a growing business to supporting colleagues throughout the employee cycle. You will apply a keen eye for detail and a high level of discretion as part of a close-knit team that delivers smooth, high‑quality HR services across the business.

You’ll work closely with the HR & Payroll Specialist and the Director of HR, gaining exposure to everything from recruitment and onboarding to benefits, systems and day‑to‑day people processes.

This apprenticeship is delivered through an approved training provider, giving you structured learning alongside practical experience.
