    Henry Blunt is Wren Sterling’s Acquisitions Director. Henry joined Wren Sterling in November 2021 following eight years at Retiring IFA, where he was Managing Director for the past six years. Henry previously established and developed the Retiring Accountancy brand in the North of England. Henry is skilled in every aspect of mergers and acquisitions activity with a deep understanding of vendor motivation. He has advised acquiring parties on hundreds of deals, focusing on the long-term viability of the deal by prioritising the future treatment of clients and employees.     Paul has 35 years’ experience in financial services and prior to joining Wren Sterling in 2008, he held a number of senior positions within banks and building societies, including Commercial Director at the Stroud and Swindon Building Society. Here he was responsible for the Society’s distribution channels and subsidiary property company. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer for Wren Sterling he is responsible for Wren Sterling’s proposition development, marketing, research function, large corporate relationships including our bank / building society partnerships and Wren Sterling’s desk based financial planning team. Paul also sits on the Wren Sterling Investment Committee and is an Executive Director of MFDM, Wren Sterling Group's discretionary fund management business. Read more
