Jaz joined Wren Sterling in 2013 following the partnership between Wren Sterling and West Bromwich Building Society. With over two decades in financial services, his background spans retail banking, commercial and residential lending, and regulated financial advice.

As Strategic Growth Director, Jaz leads Wren Sterling’s Partnerships channel, overseeing £750 million in assets under management and driving the commercial growth strategies that underpin the firm’s long-term expansion.

Jaz’ career has been built on developing and managing high-value partnerships – identifying the right relationships, building trust over time, and translating those relationships into sustainable growth and business performance. This includes leading financial advisory propositions, forging strategic alliances, and creating the conditions for partners to succeed within a partnership-led model.
