Janine is Head of Transformation at Wren Sterling, where she leads strategic change across the business and oversees the end-to-end integration of acquisitions. She works closely with teams across the organisation to ensure changes are delivered smoothly, with minimal disruption for clients and colleagues.

With over 10 years’ experience in transformation and M&A integration, Janine has built a strong track record of delivering complex change across fast-paced, growing organisations. She is recognised for bringing teams together, creating clear delivery plans and working closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into practical, sustainable outcomes.

Janine is particularly passionate about making transformation work in the real world, focusing on value delivery, strong governance and building scalable operating models that support long-term growth.

Before joining Wren Sterling, she held roles across operations at BNY Mellon, The Private Office and Gallagher Wealth Management. She is highly qualified in project and programme delivery, holding multiple industry-recognised certifications across MSP, Agile, Scrum and PRINCE2 disciplines.
