Cara Bland

Cara has over 16 years’ experience in financial services, having worked across banks, building societies and as a mortgage adviser before specialising in product and proposition over the last seven years.

As Head of Proposition and Commercial at Wren Sterling, Cara leads the Proposition team and is responsible for the service models and fee structures offered by our financial advisers. Her role is focused on ensuring our proposition remains competitive, market‑leading and, most importantly, delivers clear value for our clients.

Cara also oversees Wren Sterling’s Proposition Partner relationships, including Accountancy, Currency Exchange and Legal solutions. This expands our proposition and enables us to offer a truly holistic financial planning service, supporting clients across all aspects of their financial needs. Cara works closely with partners to enhance client outcomes and strengthen adviser relationships across the business.
