The last few weeks have been a busy time in the charity calendar for Wren Sterling. Firstly, our offices came together to bake and sell cakes to colleagues to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Care with over £500 raised across our office network, with Star Bakers in abundance. The Star Bakers from our Nottingham office are pictured below.
Wren Sterling then matches funding from charitable initiatives to boost our donations.
On the 7th of October, seven volunteers from our London office helped facilitate Great Ormond Street Hospital’s RBC Race for the Kids in Hyde Park, directing runners and spectators and cheering on families around the 5k course. The event raised £850,000 on the day alone to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
GOSH is a long-term client of Wren Sterling and we are all looking forward to getting involved again next year!
