For the third consecutive year, Wren Sterling has been accredited as an FSQS supplier for banks and major financial institutions.
Paul Chafer, Chief Commercial Officer said:
“This accreditation is a major enabler for us to compete for, and win, large scale corporate contracts evidencing the quality of our organisation. The assessment is rigorous and covers all the major areas of our business, so it’s a credit to everyone involved that we’ve been certified for the third year in a row.
“So far this financial year we’ve delivered a number of large scale advice programmes, which have helped thousands of people make life-changing decisions. I’m proud of the work we do supporting large and mid-size companies in providing financial advice to their staff and pension scheme members, and we have a very strong external reputation for delivering excellence, as a result of our track record.”
FSQS is a qualification system for the financial sector. It is designed to standardise and manage requests for compliance and assurance data for major financial services organisations that have adopted FSQS.
As the regulated environment becomes more complex, FSQS provides a standard and simple mechanism for collecting and managing supplier compliance assurance information across the sector.
FSQS is currently used by eleven major banks, eight building societies and other financial services companies: Lloyds Banking Group, Metro Bank, Santander, Shawbrook, TSB, Aldermore, Clydesdale Bank, Nationwide, Arbothnot Latham, LV=, Darlington Building Society and Weatherbys.
Areas of compliance covered by the assessment include:
- Business community
- Insurance and third-party certification
- Health and safety
- Environmental and sustainability
- IT Security
- Operational risks
- Responsible business governance
