The Role
Join our dynamic and growing Human Resources team, being primarily responsible for making our aspiration of being a ‘Developer Organisation’ a reality, defining and implementing our talent and development strategy at all levels of the business. You will be at the forefront of defining learning interventions remotely and face to face in support of our Business strategy, including supporting colleagues through our ambitious change programme.
It’s a fast paced and wide-ranging role, where you will be part of a business that believes in ongoing professional development and creating career pathways into Operations, Adviser and Management roles. You will also support the integration of acquisitions into Wren Sterling, onboarding transferring colleagues into the Business. You will need to have previous experience of creating and managing online learning as well as delivering training in a face-to-face environment to support our agile working policy.

We navigate our clients through often complex markets that change frequently, by taking the time to understand their unique situation and advise from a completely independent standpoint. We are growing our business Our HR Team are based in Nottingham and work throughout the UK, with the Talent & Development Manager reporting directly to the Director of HR, working closely with our Executive team to nurture and retain talent by building career pathways,

What you will need:
- To already have a CIPD level 3 Training Certificate and be studying for the Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience of developing learning at an Organisational level, to meet strategic objectives.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing remote learning content within Microsoft SharePoint & creating reporting within Microsoft systems.
