The Connect Service gives you access to a team of advisers so that someone is always on hand throughout the day to answer your queries. The team are available over the phone, via video conferencing or email - whichever suits you best.
Connect offers fixed fee charging for our advice, any transactions we make on your behalf and for membership to Connect. Your membership includes a regular financial planning meeting. You can choose to have your this meeting either annually or every other year.
In addition, you will have access to your personal financial portal and receive our regular financial updates and Money Matters magazine.
