A new flexible remote service developed to reflect the changing needs of our clients: busy lives, time constraints and ‘connected’ lifestyles. Connect is a new way for clients to access financial advice at their convenience.

Some clients prefer to create the time to meet their adviser in person. For others, a remote and more accessible service fits their lifestyle better. The Connect Service gives you access to a team of advisers so that someone is always on hand throughout the day to answer your queries. The team are available over the phone, via video conferencing or email – whichever suits you best.

Charges and benefits

Connect offers fixed fee charging for our advice, any transactions we make on your behalf and for membership to Connect. Your membership includes a regular financial planning meeting. You can choose to have your this meeting either annually or every other year.

In addition, you will have access to your personal financial portal and receive our regular financial updates and Money Matters magazine.
